Everyone’s freaking out about this right now LOL. Unless TOP got a tattoo within the last week, that first picture isn’t him. People, if TOP really got this tattoo, we would have already been aware of it! Hundreds and thousands of fans attending the Alive World Tour in Japan would have spotted it on his neck. Check out recently taken photos by fans, his neck is spotless :) And the tattoo parlor people wouldn’t just leak this photo without their watermark if it was really TOP. But either way, if it is him, I wouldn’t mind that tattoo… it’d be sexy on him anyway.
